    Fancy Food Show New York - July 10-12, 2005, We should try and attend. Someone needs to research and find out where and how much this will cost. Then we can plan to try and attend.

    The cost is $35 each, if we register in advance.

    Follow up.
    We went to the Food Show and had a blast. We found lots of great products and ideas that we plan to encorporate into a cafe sometime in the near future. We brought several bags of goodies and literature (which we are still digging through). Will post back later with how some of those goodies taste.
