After working 12 hours as a Waitress, I love relaxing with some Chamomile mixed with honey, lemon, Crystal (liquor) & a cranberry for color. It soothes and takes you away from "Those Concrete Trees in The Toxic Sky".:P

Oh I like that it sounds like a good blend for henna paste for your hair too. Have you tried that. Henna is nice for relaxing and it also tints your hair. If your a blonde though it can make your hair too dark.
I'm not sure what crystal (liquor)is? What is it?Posted 4 years ago # -
Crystal Liquor is sold in liquor stores. It is a liquor made from anisette/anis and cane. When you drink it you know even though it is alcohol it has some medicinal properties. It tastes great! the object is to have a light blend and balance where chamomile is the flavor foundation followed by a dab of honey (Royal Jelly that is) and a real cranberry for color. Relaxing yet invigorating. The best for sleep or people who suffer from insomnia is the following several solutions: 1. Valerian ""Tea""/ or better yet Valerian extract drops under the tongue. Hold liquid under tongue for just a few minutes. A deep relaxing feeling will soon ensue. 2. Kava Kava- This Plant ""KAVA KAVA"" is the ultimate relaxation herb. Induces a natural and healthy state of HAPPINESS most only experienced by YOGA masters. It brings tranquility with a sharpn mind. You could chose to sleep or just do your daily activities under pure JOY. (Caution: Kava Kava may have risks which one can research on the internet- but it is a traditional root in Polynesian Islands and it has been used safely for who knows hundreds of years so please proceed with caution) 3. Yoga/meditation and green tea is a great combination. I have a question how does HENNA PASTE relax you? :)Posted 4 years ago #

Hello Crystal liquor sounds good. I got to go get some soon. I also got to try the Valerian extract. Oh I really like the Kava Kava brings tranquility and sharpen mind. Where do you think I can buy the valerian extract and the kava kava/ The Henna paste you can't drink or take internally but you can put it on your skin and hair. It can really relax you. It also temporaily dyes your hair, conditions it and helps with dandruff. It also temporaily dyes (mehandi) and also conditions your skin too. You basicly paint your body images, pictures and it gives an orange - red color. It comes from north africa and southern asia. Its a busy tree and they take the leaves dry them and crash them into a powder. Its relaxing because it a body cooling and astringent. I mostly like because it leaves my hair really well conditioned and I love the color it gives my hair. I have brown hair and it just helps to bring out the natural high lights in it. I also love it because it really just relaxes me when I put it on my skin and hair. I think its the smell and the minty like feeling on my skin that makes feel good.:)Posted 4 years ago #

I know I once bought valerian extract at GNC (General Nutrition Center). I also used to buy the kava kava liquid extract at GNC. But since some news revealed that some people had some bad side effects with kava kava GNC pulled it from it shelves. I believe maybe some other vitamin/herb/homeopathic remedy stores are selling it. I know on Ebay they always sell it. Please have caution about kava kava it is good if you get it from a reputable source. For relaxation I like to listen to ""Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto"". Their instrumental songs bring a sense of happiness, peace, respect and love for life.Posted 4 years ago #
